So, I've had an experience with someone stealing icons I made and claiming them as their own and hotlinking or what not ... that was taken care of fairly easily. I requested they remove them - and I can't remember if they did or if they were brought down by others. Not sure.

Now, I had a slight art-theft experience here! I feel like I've had one before, but for some reason I don't remember? Of course, it's not for something I drew, merely coloured. They recoloured their hair/eyes -- luckily, they left the lineartists sig AND my sig on the piece - so it was able to be brought to my attention.

I'm just... smiling that there was someone in both situations that brought it to my attention. And, that the original artist is the one that noticed it.


Unrelated: I'm debating on these sketches I have - if I should keep them "for myself" and who I want them to be and it be totally cheap and silly for me - or if I should just keep the poses and then change who is in it to a fanart or some random whomever. I envy those artists that can draw things that they enjoy and share it -- and not have such paranoia and doubt.
